The Request Tool provides one step further to fulfillment; it generates an email to the Employing Airline’s Pass Bureau Manager to request the selected booking to be furnished.

The application can be accessed anonymously (as explained in the Research Tool) or signing in. For sign-in, access to the employees’ HR data is required (See Authentication / Validation service).

The latter mode (signed-in) allows for Credit Card information to be passed encrypted to the Pass Bureau Manager for processing the purchase.
