Included within the Online Ticketing module, each Employee will have their own as well as their Eligible family and friends information stored so as to allow them the ability of creating online bookings in minimal time and with little or no support from standard Pass Travel avenues. The Online Ticketing tool gives Employees the ability to list for a flight and / or purchase a ticket without having to go to the airport ticket counter, contact a call center or send in paper requests while also allowing them instant access to check flight loads and the stand-by list for any flight they are looking to book or have already.

An intricate part of this product offering centers on a multi-layered rule based engine that was created to accommodate each and every carrier’s specific regulations that govern Employee travel including Pass Travel Allotments and the restrictions that apply to these bookings. Since all ticketing is electronic and instant, the moment that an Employee completes a transaction, the ticket can be used immediately.
