As a means to assist our clients in automating the listing process for OALs traveling on a Transporting Carrier and further limit the need for costly manual support, ID90T devised the Listing Tool.

Through the use of this tool any employee holding either an electronic or paper ticket can simply login to the User Interface and create their listing for whomever needs to travel, be it themselves or additional travelers, in accordance with what their Employing and the Transporting pass agreement dictates. Users simply are requested to select from the available eligible traveler type categories and input their name(s) and additional information required to create the booking.

Users accessing the tool will be allowed to query multiple flight segments as well as check on the respective flight loads for each O&D they are searching further limiting the need for any additional support from more traditional channels. Flight listings for Flight Attendant Commuting, Pilot Commuting, Leisure or Business travel types are currently supported.

If at any stage after creating the booking the user needs to either cancel or modify said booking, no additional contact with the transporting airline is needed, they simply re access the tool and perform these actions themselves or can do so from the email confirmation that was sent to them when they initially created the listing.
