ID90T’s Interline Fare Calculator®(IFC®) is the end-user interface to the ID90T e-ticketing Platform, but can be used as a stand-alone Web based research tool, with or without employment verification. The IFC® allows airline employees to input the departure and arrival city of their desired travel itinerary to display the employees’ various flight options and schedule times, for both online and offline airline employee travel.

The IFC® automatically maintains all information, so the airline administrator can be confident all the information being communicated to their employees is accurate, including but not limited to;

	Schedule Updates \| New Embargoes \| Agreement Changes
	Fare Changes \| Taxes, Fees & Changes \| Flight Load Information

The IFC® can price ZED Fares, flat fares, service charge agreements, unique online employee fare pricing, buddy passes and ID Fares such as ID90 and ID50’s, while keeping track of the number of passes each employee requests. All fare quotes include the fare as well as all applicable taxes, fees and charges applied to non-revenue airline employee business and/or leisure travel.

With the IFC®, airline employees are not forced to use complicated charts to determine eligibility and airline administrators don’t have to spend the numerous man hours to communicate changes to pass travel agreements or last minute embargos. Employees are able to filter search results by preferred airline, alliance, shortest travel time and even price.

First time users, in addition to the most experienced jet-setter, have the support of a multi-lingual online multi-media tutorial and a printable PDF tutorial to help them take advantage of this powerful travel tool.

Regardless of how each transporting airline chooses to handle ticket fulfillment, ID90T’s IFC® can act as your employees’ centralized gateway to offline and even online travel.

As you can see from the illustration on the right, the IFC® would validate your employee and their eligible travelers and then fulfill the requested itinerary or simply pass the validated ticket request to the transporting airline or other third party provider.

By centralizing all your employees’ ticket requests through ID90T’s IFC®, your employees will enjoy the comfort of utilizing one system with complete access to their travel history, while you the airline administrator will have detailed travel statistics for each of your employees.

With ID90T there is no limit to the number of Interline pass agreements you can have, for ID90T can connect to any airline reservation system, GDS or other service provider. If another airline or service provider is managing ticket fulfillment and processing payment, then ID90T would simply charge $0.50 USD to “pass” the validated ticket request.
