After reviewing other alternatives, Trans States determined ID90T’s solutions and signature flexibility adapts to meet our requirements and provide us with a quality solution at the right price. ID90T exceeded our technical requirements within our budget. In the current economic environment, cost was weighed heavily and ID90T’s focus on cost containment was compelling.

Hawaiian Airlines is extremely excited about ID90T’s fully automated on-line travel solution for our employees, retirees and eligible travelers, as well as the next phase for off-line travel. The fact that on-line travel will be a reality by year-end is the most exciting event in pass travel this year for Hawaiian. I have been working with ID90 Technologies for approximately one year on their Interline Fare Calculator®. When I was first presented with their product, I felt there were a few changes that needed to happen to make the product more user friendly for our employees. We have worked very closely together to make this a "win win" for both of us. ID90 Technologies has been more than open to my suggestions and has implemented most of them, if not all of them.

Tristan and Debbie are very cooperative and are always willing to develop a solution to any challenges that might occur. They are a very enthusiastic group of people that want to provide a tool that's useable for as many airlines as possible.

We were appreciative of the product itself and the knowledge of the ID90T staff as they researched many aspects of the airline industry and applied their talents to their product.

Most recently, Tristan returned to SkyWest Airlines to make another presentation regarding the upcoming 100% e-ticketing deadline. Once again, Tristan's staff was anxious to understand our concerns in this complex situation, and has worked to find technical solutions to the many difficulties facing the airlines as this deadline looms.

We are confident the ID90T personnel have the knowledge and capability to make this a workable solution for our company. It is also our feeling that, given the opportunity, they will be the best option for numerous other carriers in our situation. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Tristan and ID90 a few times over the past year and attending two presentations regarding their non-revenue e-ticketing solution. The group is always very helpful and knowledgeable about the industry and what we, as smaller airlines, need to do to ensure future Reduced Rate / ZED Agreements with other carriers. If we didn’t have ID90T in place now, we would have to create an expensive new infrastructure. Now we skip that step… Its technology allows each employee to pull themselves up in the system using any internet connection and see what they are entitled to. In our program, an East Coast employee may have a different benefit program than a West Coast person. ID90T automatically lets each person know exactly what travel benefits they can get.
