Follow industry trends and statistics to forecast market developments. Develop quantitative tools such as surveys and questionnaires to obtain reliable feedback from clients. Based on market research and data analysis, advice management and prepare reports on the effectiveness of marketing, advertising and communications programs and strategies.
MBA or Masters Degree in Hospitality Management required, with coursework in Airline Management, Marketing Strategy, Quantitative Methods and Quality Planning in Hospitality. 35 hrs/week.
