Air Wisconsin is currently using the research tool and beginning next month, the Offline Ticketing Tool. It has been a definiteplus for us in the Pass Bureau. Employees are able to log in at anytime and get accurate fare quotes for their interline travel needs. We have seen a definite reduction in phone calls to our office for fare quotes. When this was introduced to our employees, it was well-received as an easy website to use. And once we are live the Ticketing Tool, our employees will be able to enjoy the benefit of electronic ticketing vs. paper ticketing!
The service received from our contacts at ID90T has been great. During the initial process and even now, we are in constant contact with our Project Manager. He is only a phone call or e-mail away when we may have a question.

There are some great innovations in the ID90T system. Most notably.
After selecting a travel date, the display of a full 7 day date range greatly reduces transaction time. In these days of heavy passenger loads, being able to select alternate days without having to maneuver to previous screens and entering a new date each time, is greatly appreciated – especially when we are busy.
Another user friendly innovation is the fare information displayed with the listing options. As opposed to displaying fare information only after a listing is made which then requires going through the listing process for every flight option, which is laborious and time consuming – this feature alone expedites the transaction process greatly.
These features, among others and the excellent support we have received has made the process of “going live” on ID90T’s platform a very enjoyable and gratifying experience.
